Kansas City (April 10, 2025) — Lathrop GPM is pleased to announce that Partner Bridget Romero has been named to Ingram’s WeKC Class of 2025. The award recognizes women executives who demonstrate positive executive leadership and significant contributions to the Kansas City region.

Romero is a partner in the firm’s Kansas City office and focuses her practice on employment and labor law. She counsels business owners, HR professionals and in-house lawyers on a full range of matters. Romero serves as a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and has served as the firm’s Personnel Counsel since 2014.

Romero chairs Mayor Quinton Lucas’ Mayor’s Commission for New Americans. In addition, she has been ranked in Chambers USA, Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers and has been selected among The Best Lawyers in America®, among other accolades.
