REDWOOD SHORES, Ca. (June 22, 2026) — Lathrop GPM is pleased to announce that Partner Alma Soongi Beck has been recognized as a 2026 Woman of Influence honoree by the Silicon Valley Business Journal.

Beck is one of 100 women leaders selected from the public, private and nonprofit sectors for their influence in their industries as well as their communities.

Beck’s practice focuses on trusts, charitable planning, gift and estate tax planning and post-death administration, including trust administration and probate. Beck is certified as a specialist in estate planning, trust and probate law by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization. As part of her niche practice, Beck advises stakeholders on Land Back issues for titleholders, Tribes, and Indigenous Tribal nonprofit organizations, as well as gives presentations on these same topics to professional advisors and non-Indigenous titleholders.

In addition to this award, Beck has been recognized amongst The Daily Journal’s 2025 Niche Lawyers and as a Northern California Super Lawyer every year since 2017.
