Lathrop GPM Partner Alex Shtraym recently contributed to the International Comparative Legal Guides’ Patent Laws and Regulations 2027, a comprehensive guide covering common issues in patent laws and regulations.
Shtraym co-authored two chapters for the publication, “USA” and “2 Foreign Courts, Domestic Patents: The Transatlantic Collision After BSH v. Electrolux.” The USA chapter details issues and current developments in patent law specific to the United States, while “2 Foreign Courts, Domestic Patents” covers the effects of the the Court of Justice of the European Union decision in BSH Hausgerate GmbH v. Electrolux AB on U.S. patents.
