Megan Miller, a 2021 graduate of the Mitchell Hamline School of Law, recently co-presented a successful Continuing Legal Education (CLE) session on Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) law and practice. The session, hosted by the Mitchell Hamline IP Institute, drew over 100 attendees.
Megan presented alongside Professor Emeritus Jay Erstling, former director of the Office of the PCT at the World Intellectual Property Organization, with whom she has co-authored of The Practitioner’s Guide to the PCT, published by the American Bar Association.
