DENVER, Co. (March 13, 2026) — Lathrop GPM is pleased to announce that Michael A. Brill has joined the firm’s Denver office as an associate in the Energy industry group. Before joining Lathrop GPM, Brill advised energy clients across New Mexico, North Dakota, Texas, Wyoming and Colorado, leading title examinations, coordinating technical review teams, and developing solutions to intricate ownership and leasing issues. His experience also includes ownership and leadership roles at Colorado title companies, where he oversaw legal, operational, and closing functions for high‑profile commercial transactions.

Brill earned his J.D. from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and holds a B.A. in Economics from the University at Albany. He is admitted to practice in Colorado and is an active member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL).
