KANSAS CITY (October 2022) – Lathrop GPM Partner Jehan Kamil Moore has been selected to the 2022-23 Kansas City Tomorrow leadership class by the Civic Council of Greater Kansas City. Moore is one of twenty-seven individuals from the Kansas City area chosen through a competitive nomination and interview process.

Kansas City Tomorrow is a year-long leadership program created to promote civic engagement in the Kansas City region. Over the course of the program, KCT participants will follow a curriculum structured around the Kansas City region’s most pressing issues, opportunities, and challenges, as well as explore topics through the lens of the regional KC Rising initiatives: education & workforce, innovation & entrepreneurship, industries poised for growth, quality of place, public policy, and economic inclusion.

Moore is a litigator who focuses her practice on business disputes and employment matters in a variety of industries. She earned her J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law, where she continues to serve as a mentor to law students and a member of its Board of Governors. Moore, a 2017 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Fellow, currently co-chairs Lathrop GPM’s Culture, Diversity & Inclusion Committee and is a past co-chair of the firm’s Women’s Initiative Network. Moore was also previously recognized by Missouri Lawyers Weekly as an Up & Coming honoree and recipient of its Diversity & Inclusion award.
