In the interview, Jane discusses what is driving this shift, noting that the clearest signals appear in the fund documents themselves. She also addresses which asset types lend themselves best to these structures, including data centers, senior housing, cold storage and other operationally intensive sectors where returns depend on how well an asset is run, not just when it is sold.
