Goldhaber’s national litigation practice focuses on defending complex product liability and mass torts matters, supported by strategic counseling to mitigate risk and control exposure. She serves clients as local, trial and coordinating counsel bringing cohesive oversight to high-stakes litigation across jurisdictions. Goldhaber also advises clients on Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) issues, with particular depth in resolving MSP compliance disputes that arise during discovery and resolution. She holds leadership roles on the MSP Task Force for DRI, an organization of civil defense attorneys, and has collaborated directly with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services on key policy issues.
Tyson assists clients with the strategic management of intellectual property by providing patent and trademark prosecution, competitive intellectual property analysis and portfolio management, trade secret program development and management of complex, multi-faceted intellectual property transactions. She also has experience with post-grant proceedings, patent litigation and European Patent Office patent opposition practice. Tyson represents clients in various areas – particularly in the life science, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, chemical and material sciences and consumer goods industries.
Walker’s national practice includes all areas of environmental law, including litigation, regulatory compliance and environmental support with corporate transactions. Walker utilizes his background working for environmental regulatory agencies to advise a wide range of clients on environmental matters under federal and state law. He has a particular emphasis on PFAS, defending mass actions, environmental citizen suits and property damage cases, while also counseling clients on complex issues involving permitting, reporting and remediation.
Dlatt is a nationally recognized attorney helping businesses, nonprofit organizations and individuals navigate the complex world of insurance coverage, claims and disputes. Over nearly a decade in practice, Dlatt and his teams have secured over $350 million in settlements and judgments for clients. He has provided insurance-related counseling and obtained substantial recoveries for policyholders under every major line of property, casualty and specialty insurance coverage.
