Join us for the first program in a returning Employment Law Series. Led by the firm’s San Jose Labor & Employment team, this series of hybrid client events will be held onsite in Northern California and live‑streamed via webinar. The series provides timely insights on current issues and recent developments in employment and labor law, with a focus on matters impacting California employers, including organizations with operations or significant business ties in the Golden State.

The first session will explore complex wage‑and‑hour compliance challenges and evolving employer obligations under California and federal law. Topics will include

  • Employee classification
  • California minimum wage and overtime requirements
  • Meal and rest period compliance
  • Recordkeeping obligations
  • Business expenses reimbursement issues
  • Considerations for remote workers

Our labor and employment attorneys will draw on real-world examples and recent California court decisions to highlight common pitfalls and provide practical guidance and recommended best practices to help employers navigate California’s complex wage and hour laws and the realities of today’s workplace.

Register for Session 1 by Wednesday, April 1.
