Twin Cities Diversity in Practice (TCDIP) recently marked its 20th anniversary, continuing its mission to attract, recruit, advance, and retain attorneys of color in the Twin Cities legal community. Lathrop GPM has been a proud founding member of TCDIP since its inception.
Brian Dillon, partner in charge of Lathrop GPM’s Minneapolis office and outgoing co-chair of TCDIP’s board, emphasized the importance of collaboration in advancing diversity:
“We compete for talent in the market. We compete in the courtroom. But we all have found common ground in trying to enhance the diversity in the legal profession. We are stronger together than we are individually.” Dillon said.
