KANSAS CITY, Mo. (April 16, 2026) — Lathrop GPM is pleased to announce that Partner Amanda Yoder has received a 2026 Women’s Justice Award from Missouri Lawyers Media in the Transactional category. The annual awards program recognizes women attorneys who have made an impact on the Missouri legal community. Yoder and other recipients will be honored at the Women’s Justice Award ceremony on April 16 at the Ameristar Casino & Resort.
Yoder is a member of Lathrop GPM’s Business Transactions Practice Group and a leader of the corporate finance team. She focuses her practice on transactional matters, advising clients on complex business issues and corporate finance. She works closely with clients to support their strategic objectives and navigate sophisticated transactions across a range of industries.
She has been named to Kansas City Business Journal’s “20 to Know” list for 2024, recognized as a Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers “Rising Star” from 2017-2025, and was named a 2024 “Up & Coming Lawyer” by Missouri Lawyers Media. She is also a member of the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce Centurions Leadership Program – Class of 2021.
