Zinn is a trial attorney whose practice focuses on trust and estate litigation and elder law. She represents clients in disputes involving wills, trusts, probate fiduciaries, beneficiaries, guardianships and conservatorships. She is also widely recognized for her leadership within Colorado’s legal community, particularly in the areas of professional ethics and attorney regulation, as well as her service to the Colorado Women’s Bar Association and Colorado Bar Association.
Earlier this year, Zinn was appointed by Colorado Supreme Court Chief Justice Monica M. Marquez to serve as Chair of the Colorado Supreme Court’s Legal Regulation Committee.
