DALLAS, TX (September 18, 2025) — Lathrop GPM is pleased to announce that Alex Shtraym, counsel in the firm’s Dallas office, has been named a “Rising Star” in the 2025 edition of Texas Super Lawyers, a recognition awarded to no more than 2.5% of attorneys in the state.
Shtraym focuses his practice on intellectual property law, working closely with executives, inventors and product design teams to obtain patents, maintain patent portfolios, protect trademarks and minimize exposure to the intellectual property rights of others. Shtraym’s experience spans both prosecution and litigation, and includes preparing and negotiating licensing and assignment agreements, conducting forensic analysis of IP and implementing domestic and international patent strategies.
