Eric H. Litow

Eric Litow is an attorney in the firm's Denver office who focuses his practice on the preparation of drilling and division order title opinions. He also assists clients with the conveyancing of oil and gas interests. Immediately prior to joining the firm, he worked at a boutique law firm in Denver where he prepared drilling and division order title opinions.

Eric previously represented financial advisors in over 70 FINRA arbitration expungement cases and worked as an e-discovery attorney in the banking, antitrust, securities, pharmaceutical, health insurance, automotive, mergers and acquisitions, internal investigation and criminal investigation areas of law.

Outside of the office, Eric spends his time hiking, skiing, and relaxing with his dogs.
