David J. Woger

David Woger focuses his practice in the areas of general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, securities law, and tax. He advises clients with corporate reorganizations, contract negotiation, tax law and securities transactions.

Before joining the firm, David worked in tax services at a Big Four public accounting firm.

While in law school, David served as the student director for the University of Minnesota Law School Business Law Clinic, where he worked with entrepreneurs throughout the Twin Cities small business community.
