Daniel W. Remington
Dan Remington is an associate who practices in the firm's Financial Services practice group. He works with debtors, financial institutions, corporate creditors, receivers and trustees and creditor’s committees. Dan has experience participating in motion practice, and drafting demand letters and memorandums of law. Additionally, he has researched issues related to business liability, administrative law and property law in trial and appellate litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Dan worked for the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency as a legal extern, where he performed research related to water, air and contaminated waste issues. He also has experience working as a volunteer law intern at the United States Attorney's Office where he assisted the Criminal and Civil Divisions in motion practice.
