Christopher B. Nelson

Chris Nelson is a litigation attorney in the firm's Overland Park office. Chris focuses his practice on business litigation. He has tried cases in both bench and jury trials. Recently, Chris successfully argued a civil rights case—involving a novel First Amendment claim—to the Tenth Circuit. He then opposed the Petition for Writ of Certiorari before the Supreme Court of the United States.

While attending law school, Chris had two judicial internships, as well as a prosecutorial internship. He also served as Articles Editor for the Kansas Journal of Law & Public Policy.
