Wangxue Deng, Ph.D.

Dr. Wangxue Deng is a registered Patent Agent with a Ph.D. in chemical engineering, and he helps clients in patent prosecution of both US and foreign filings. In addition, Dr. Deng conducts patent due diligence analyses such as clearance, invalidity, and patentability for clients and assists partners and associates in patent litigation cases.

Dr. Deng is experienced in various fields such as chemistry, consumer products, electronics, medical, oil & gas, automobiles, aerospace, and agriculture. He has completed hundreds of projects for highly reputable US and foreign clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Dr. Deng had been working as a PCT patent examiner and acting as the International Searching Authority (ISA) on behalf of United States Patent and Trademark Office in drafting written opinions and International Search Reports (ISR) regarding the patentability of PCT applications.
