Olivia Garber is a litigation attorney with experience in complex commercial litigation and international arbitration. She specializes in complex disputes involving large amounts of data, combining her skills in legal and data analysis to advise clients in the most cost-efficient and strategic manner throughout the dispute process.
Olivia has concentrated experience in eDiscovery and information law matters, including overseeing large document review projects, implementing technology assisted review solutions, drafting ESI and search terms protocol, and preparing privilege logs. She has litigated a number of eDiscovery matters, including motions to compel production of ESI and privilege log disputes. Olivia has a passion for technology and has extensive skills in Relativity, Relativity Analytics and other eDiscovery tools, and incorporates these tools to enhance her problem-solving skills at all stages of litigation.
Olivia is an alumna of the former Gray Plant Mooty Summer Associate Program. Prior to that she was a student writing instructor at the University of Minnesota Law School.
