Nicole J. Dobynes
Nicole Dobynes is an intellectual property attorney who focuses her practice on advertising and trademark matters. She is experienced in trademark prosecution in the U.S. and working with foreign trademark agents abroad. Nicole has over 10 years of legal in-house experience as a paralegal for a major food manufacturer and magazine publishing company. Her background includes review of consumer facing advertising, packaging, and social media content in compliance with FTC guidelines. Nicole also has experience with social media influencer agreements, and creating training tools and presentations to support brand products in the social media and marketing space.
While attending UIC John Marshall Law School, Nicole served as Production Editor and Editorial Board member of the Review of Intellectual Property Law (RIPL).
