Nancy Schmidt Roush
Nancy Roush focuses on business planning and estate planning. With more than 30 years of practical experience in the practice of law, she also has a broad background in many related areas.
Nancy advises professional firms and other privately-held businesses on business planning matters including governance, ownership transition, succession planning, buy-sell agreements, non-compete agreements, and protection and defense strategies.
Nancy develops and implements strategies to transfer wealth and protect assets for her individual clients, as well as preparing Wills, trusts and other estate planning documents.
