Meaghan Kwan focuses her practice in the areas of general corporate and business law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, and securities. Meaghan counsels her clients on entity formation, governance, and contract negotiation.
While in law school, Meaghan served as a law clerk with a Chicago-based law firm and completed a judicial internship with the Minnesota Court of Appeals. Meaghan also worked as a law clerk for Gray Plant Mooty and is an alumna of the Gray Plant Mooty Summer Associate Program.
