Jillian B. Yakominich

Jillian Yakominich focuses her practice on assisting clients with real estate and economic development transactions, capital financing transactions, including a variety of publicly offered and privately placed taxable and tax-exempt financings, federal tax laws and post-issuance tax compliance requirements related to municipal finance transactions, securities and disclosure laws related to public finance, and related real estate issues.

Jillian provides support to clients in a variety of business and real estate matters, including supporting clients through business planning and structuring, analyzing contractual and operational due diligence, serving as bond and special tax counsel on public finance transactions, and counseling municipalities and other organizations throughout the financing process. Jillian also has experience assisting clients with transactions related to multifamily housing properties that involve various government programs and incentives.

Prior to joining Lathrop GPM, Jillian was an associate attorney with another Am Law 200 firm, as well as a lead tax compliance attorney at a Kansas City area law firm.
