William Jeffrey Maloney
William "Jeff" Maloney is an experienced litigator, focusing his on banking and creditors' rights and commercial litigation. He has extensive experience representing secured and unsecured creditors, debtors, and bankruptcy trustees in complex bankruptcy proceedings, workouts, debt restructuring and loan enforcement and restructuring. He also represents clients in complex business litigation matters in state and federal courts in Missouri and Kansas. Jeff has experience in foreclosures, receiverships, replevin and execution of judgements, as well as defending and prosecuting mechanic's lien claims.
Jeff has represented landlords in commercial landlord-tenant disputes; he also has extensive experience in non-bankruptcy loan enforcement actions and defense of counterclaims brought by borrowers.
