Jazlynn Allen is an associate with the firm's energy practice group, who is well-versed in multiple areas of the oil and gas industry. She has worked in diverse roles with several operators in the Denver area and completed projects throughout both North and South America.
Immediately prior to joining the firm, she worked at a boutique law firm in the Denver area completing title opinions and preparing and reviewing purchase of sale agreements, master service agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other industry agreements.
She focuses her practice on the preparation, drafting, and review of title opinions covering lands in the western United States and advises clients on the intricacies of case law, statutes and various interest owners related to oil and gas development. She has an intricate knowledge of the title complexities found in the DJ and Powder River Basins, including railroad rights-of-way, fee, state, Bureau of Land Management lands and state and county rules and regulations.
When Jazlynn is not at the office, she enjoys a quiet farm life on the eastern plains of Colorado with her husband, Mark, children, Mckenna and Walker, and dog, Waldo.
