Jasmine Kaur assists in business-related immigration law. She reviews U.S. visa processing for immigrant and nonimmigrant filings, assessing eligibility of foreign national employees for immigrant and nonimmigrant visas. Jasmine has experience preparing complex immigration documents, compiling, and analyzing individuals' potential immigration benefits; meticulously tracking and reporting on visa expiration dates and filing deadlines; communicating with corporate clients and visa beneficiaries.
Jasmine also reviews and assists in PERM Labor Certification advertisement text, prevailing wage determinations, recruitment documents and PERM applications. As well as reviews and assists in RFE responses for H-1B and I-140 petitions.
Jasmine is a Gold Medal recipient for graduating top of her class in LL.M. Corporate and Commercial Laws. She is a practicing attorney in India. Has obtained the "Legal Research Certificate" from LexisNexis.
