Hannah Holloran Fotsch
Hannah Holloran Fotsch is a member of the firm's Franchise & Distribution Practice Group.
A graduate of the Mitchell Hamline School of Law, Hannah participated in the 2017 Gray Plant Mooty Summer Associate Program, where she researched and drafted memoranda, drafted asylum briefs, and collaborated with attorneys in multiple practice areas to perform research and draft legal documents. Hannah then served as a school-year law clerk to Gray Plant Mooty’s Health and Non-Profit Organizations practice group. As a law clerk, Hannah drafted and edited contracts and corporate documentation, as well as researched and composed communications for clients and industry partners regarding timely changes in the health industry.
While in law school, Hannah completed an externship with the United States District Court, District of Minnesota. Further, Hannah received the Harry A. Sieban Award for her excellence in the study of federal law and practice by the Minnesota Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. The award is given to one student in the class, and Hannah was selected by a faculty committee to be the recipient for her graduating class. Hannah received the Health Law Certificate from Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
Prior to joining the firm, Hannah clerked at a Minneapolis labor and employment firm.
