Gayle M. Schaub, RP®, MnCP

Gayle Schaub is a litigation paralegal and focuses in the areas of antitrust, unfair competition, and complex litigation. Her skills include:

  • fact research;
  • preparing, serving and filing pleadings in federal and state courts;
  • overseeing review and production of documents;
  • preparing exhibits and other pretrial filings;
  • maintaining litigation databases;
  • preparation for trial;
  • attending trials; and
  • appellate work.

She has assisted at federal and state court trials in Minnesota and Wisconsin, and federal court trials and arbitrations in Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Kansas, Nebraska, New York, North Dakota, and Oklahoma. Gayle worked one year as a freelance court reporter, five years as a legal secretary, and the last 29 years as a paralegal.
