Eric V. Brown
Eric Brown is a business litigator with experience representing and advising clients in a wide variety of litigation matters. Eric has represented numerous government agencies and higher education institutions in all stages of litigation, from the start of the case through trial and appeal. Eric also has significant experience advising state agencies and officials on issues of employment, labor, tort, and constitutional law. Eric devotes part of his practice to appellate litigation, drawing from his experience as a judicial clerk with Kevin G. Ross of the Minnesota Court of Appeals and as a judicial extern with Diana E. Murphy of the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eighth Circuit.
Prior to joining the firm, Eric served as an Assistant Attorney General litigating for the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office.
