Emilie W. Eschbacher
Emilie Eschbacher’s practice focuses on acquisitions and mergers, health care law, taxation, estate planning and real estate. She has successfully facilitated multiple real estate sales and acquisitions, asset purchase agreements, and stock sales.
Emilie also has experience in representing financial institutions in legal and compliance matters. She also advises clients on legal, tax and compliance issues on transactional health law matters such as mergers and acquisitions, licensing, restructurings, change of ownership issues and compliance with the Affordable Care Act, HIPAA and HITECH. In the area of real estate, Emilie assists clients with the acquisition, sale and leasing of commercial real estate.
During law school, Emilie served as a judicial extern for Hon. William D. Stiehl at the Federal District Court in the Southern District of Illinois in East St. Louis, Illinois.
