Denise H. Bloch

Denise Bloch is a highly accomplished and qualified top legal executive and corporate counsel who brings over 20 years of experience to the firm. She is well versed in all areas of health care law including: privacy, pharmacy, Medicare/Medicaid and private insurance reimbursement, licensure, claims management and appeals, Stark, fraud and abuse, anti-kick back, HIPAA and 340B matters.

In addition to prior large law firm experience, Denise has extensive "in house" experience. She previously supervised all regulatory law matters for one of the nation's largest drugstore chains, and oversaw claim appeals and regulatory and employment law matters for one of the nation's largest specialty hospital chains. 

Denise is honored to be appointed Chair of the Missouri Bar Health and Hospital Law Committee and is also a board member of the Missouri Society of Health Care Attorneys.
