Darin P. Shreves

Darin Shreves is a litigation attorney. His legal practice focuses on representing clients in litigated and non-litigated disputes regarding contracts, torts, and insurance. He also has experience assisting businesses with transactional legal matters such as procuring public contracts, navigating governmental bureaucracy, and addressing employee issues.

Darin joined the firm after clerking for two federal judges. In these clerkships Darin gained substantial trial court experience, working alongside each judge to manage a large docket of cases spanning diverse factual and legal issues. Darin also gained appellate experience, in that he assisted each judge sit by special designation on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Every day Darin uses what he learned during his clerkships to craft compelling arguments that get his clients results.

Apart from his legal practice, Darin is a small-business owner, bicycle commuter, amateur photographer, aspiring techie, and founding member of the Lathrop GPM BBQ Lunch Club.
