Daniel R. Tenenbaum
Dan Tenenbaum focuses his practice on the representation of emerging growth companies, other businesses enterprises, and the entities that support these businesses, with an emphasis on corporate, finance, securities, and technology-related matters. He has had experience in the representation of companies from startup through rounds of private financing, other strategic opportunities all the way to liquidity through M&A or public offering. Dan's practice involves particular emphasis on issues encountered by private and venture capital-funded enterprises which are growing or poised for rapid future growth. He has advised clients on matters related to organizational and capital structuring, private offerings, mergers and acquisitions, licensing, technology transfer and other intellectual property issues, securities law compliance, and other general corporate and governance concerns.
Dan has served clients in a variety of industries including medical devices, computer hardware and software, mobile applications, biotechnology, telecommunications, environmental technologies, manufacturing, professional service, food and beverage, and consumer products. He has written various articles and facilitated seminars relating to the issues confronting emerging businesses and has been involved in the founding of several entrepreneurial companies.
