Chelsey C. Buck
Chelsey Buck focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, general corporate law, and startup and emerging growth companies. Chelsey counsels businesses on legal issues encountered throughout their life cycles, including entity formation, corporate governance, debt and equity financings, contract negotiation, and merger and acquisition transactions.
Before joining the firm, Chelsey served as a law clerk and a legal extern at the IRS Office of Chief Counsel. Chelsey also served as a Summer Associate at Gray Plant Mooty.
Prior to practicing law, Chelsey obtained her Certified Public Accountant license and worked as a senior tax associate at a public accounting firm.
