Blake P. DeRosier
Blake DeRosier is an associate practicing law in the area of Insurance Recovery & Counseling. His practice focuses on representing and advising policyholder clients from a wide range of industries in policy analysis, claim development, and complex coverage litigation. Prior to joining Lathrop GPM, he was a member of a Minneapolis law firm, where he represented insurance carriers in all phases of coverage litigation and the investigation and deterrence of healthcare fraud schemes across the country.
Blake completed his undergraduate studies at Gustavus Adolphus College and later earned his Juris Doctorate summa cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law. Following law school, he served as a law clerk to Judges Peter M. Reyes, Michael L. Kirk, and Tracy M. Smith of the Minnesota Court of Appeals.
