IRC and Lathrop Gage Host Russia in 2017: Perspectives & Challenges

Kansas City, MO (June 22, 2017) – Russia has dominated the headlines since the 2016 election, and the relationship between the White House and the Kremlin is frayed at best. Brigadier General Peter Zwack has direct insight into U.S.-Russia relations, and will share his thoughts at a special event on June 28 at Lathrop Gage, 2345 Grand Blvd, 22nd Floor, Kansas City, MO.

The evening program explores the challenges posed by Russia in 2017 from the perspective of Brigadier General Zwack (U.S. Army, retired), the United States’ former senior defense official and attaché to the Russian Federation. He has been interacting with Russians at multiple levels since 1989, and served 34 years as a military intelligence and Eurasian foreign area officer in various deployments.
