Patrick B. McRorie Joins Lathrop Gage as an Associate
Denver, CO. (May 23, 2008) – Joel Voran, CEO of Lathrop Gage L.C., announced today that Patrick B. McRorie has joined the Denver, Co. office as an associate in the corporate practice area.
McRorie focuses his practice on the energy sector. He represents oil and gas operators in lease acquisition and related exploration and production issues. McRorie concentrates on drafting of drilling and division order title opinions. Prior to joining Lathrop Gage, he was an independent consultant for a major oil company doing title landman work.
McRorie received his undergraduate degree from University of Oklahoma in 2004 and his juris doctorate from California Western School of Law in 2006. McRorie served as a law clerk for a small oil and gas Denver firm and California firm from August 2005 through August 2007.
